Who is the Pembroke Pines Theatre of the Performing Arts?
We are the oldest community theatre in Broward County, Florida.  Founded in 1993 to provide low cost, high quality live theatre, we routinely feature local professional and non-professional actors in our productions. 

 

How can I purchase tickets?
You can order tickets online at pptopa.com or you can call 954-437-4884 and select option 1 to be transferred to our ticketing operators.  Group tickets (20+ patrons) are available by calling 954-437-4884, option 3.  

 

Do you offer reserved seating? 
Yes, all seats are reserved and will be held until the show starts.  After that time, your seats will not be guaranteed.  

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
The ticketing vendor does not allow us to offer any refunds or exchanges.  If you are unable to use your tickets, we suggest that you find someone to give your tickets to or donate them back to the theatre.    

 

What are the Box Office hours? 
The Box Office opens one hour prior to every performance and remains open for a half hour after the performance begins.  We strongly suggest that you order tickets online and print them out so you will not have to wait in line at the box office.  

 

Is wheelchair seating available? 
Yes, if you need wheelchair seating, call 954-437-4884, option 3, and leave a message. 

 

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child? 
Yes, children age two and older must have a ticket.  Younger children may sit on their parents’ laps.  

 

Do you offer a discount for seniors? 
Yes, we offer special rates for seniors age 62 and older.   

 

Are there specials and promotions? 
Yes, special performances are listed on our website, pptopa.com.   

 

Can I videotape or take pictures of the performance?
No, unfortunately due to copyright laws and for the safety of our cast and crew, photography of any type is not allowed. 

 

Do you serve food at the theatre?
Yes, we have a concession stand that serves soft drinks and snacks.

 

Can I bring food or drink into the theatre? 
You may eat/drink in the lobby, but water is the only item allowed in the theatre.
